Flags are ordered to fly at half staff until tomorrow as a mark of respect for the late Richard “Dickie” Sung Hong Wong, who served in the State House of Representatives for eight years before being elected to the Senate in 1974. 

Wong passed away on May 20. He was 88 years old.
