超党派によるインフラストラクチャー政策と私の復興計画「ビルド・バック・ベター・アジェンダ」は「並程度」対「積極的」という問題ではありません。この2つの法案は、「競争力」対「自己満足」の問題、あるいは、「機会」対「減退」の問題なのです。「世界をリードする」か「世界に追い抜かれ続ける」かという問題なのです。
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal and my Build Back Better Agenda are not about moderate versus progressive.
These bills are about competitiveness versus complacency. Opportunity versus decay.
They’re about leading the world — or continuing to let the world pass us by.
