Yesterday, I convened my first cabinet meeting at the Hawai‘i State Capitol to discuss immediate priorities and start tackling the state’s most pressing issues, including the state budget. Directors and Deputies for fourteen state departments were assembled.

The heads of the Departments of Agriculture, Land and Natural Resources, and Hawaiian Home Lands will be announced soon.

私は昨日、州議事堂で最初の主要スタッフ会議を招集し、差し迫った最重要課題について話し合いました。州の予算を含むいくつかの問題にすぐに取り組むためです。14の部署の局長と副局長が集まりました。農務局、土地自然資源局、ハワイアン・ホームランド局のトップについてはもうすぐ発表される予定です。
