中流階級に大きな変化となる減税を与える時が来ました。毎日起きて、この国を動かしている勤勉なアメリカ市民の皆さんです。それが私の復興計画「ビルド・バック・ベター・アジェンダ」なのです。

私の復興計画「ビルド・バック・ベター・アジェンダ」というのは
- 中産階級に対する歴史的な大減税
- 安い健康保険料と保育料
- コミュニティー・カレッジの無料化
- 誰もが入れるプリスクール
そして、超高額所得層が公平な金額の税を負担することでこれらをまかないます。
My Build Back Better Agenda means:
– A historic middle class tax break
– Lower health care and child care costs
– Free community college
– Universal preschool
And we’ll pay for it by ensuring those at the top pay their fair share in taxes.

簡単なことです。富裕層にはさらなる減税は必要ありません。中流階級には必要です。私は、富裕層と大企業に対して公平な金額の税金を支払わせ、その金で中流階級に対して歴史上最も大きな減税を行います。
It’s simple: The wealthy don’t need another tax break, the middle class does.
That’s why we’re going to ensure the wealthy and large corporations pay their fair share and then use that money to give one of the largest middle class tax breaks in history.
