More Americans applied to start a small business in 2021 than ever before — and those small businesses are creating jobs at the highest rate in nearly a decade.
This didn’t happen by accident, it’s a direct result of the American Rescue Plan and our economic agenda.
To keep our historic small business growth going, we will:
- Offer $300 billion in loans and equity investments
- Make historic investments in technical assistance programs
- Level the playing field by reforming the tax code

In order to sustain Ukraine as it continues this fight, I am sending to Congress a supplemental budget request.
It will keep weapons and ammunition flowing to the brave Ukrainian fighters and continue delivering economic and humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainian people.
This assistance would provide even more artillery, armored vehicles, anti-armor, and anti-air capabilities. And it would deliver much-needed humanitarian assistance like food, water, medicines, shelter, and other aid.
I hope Congress will pass this funding request quickly.

戦いを継続するウクライナを支援するために、議会に補正予算要求を送ることにします。
これにより、勇敢なウクライナの兵士たちは武器と弾薬を手に入れることができ、ウクライナ市民に対して経済的そして人道的支援を提供し続けることができるようになります。
