Today my staff and I wore purple in honor of “Purple Up! For Military Kids.” April is month of the military child, a time for us to recognize the sacrifices military children have to make at such a young age, and the strength they display every day. #PurpleUpDay

今日、私とスタッフは「軍人家庭の子供達のために紫色を！」ということで、紫の衣服を身につけています。4月は軍人家庭子供月間です。軍人家庭の子供たちが幼くして払わねばならなかった（訳注：親と離れ離れになるという）犠牲、そして、彼らが毎日その寂しさに負けずに生きている強さを、私たち皆が認識する時でもあるのです。
