Today I announced that I will sign another COVID-19 emergency proclamation on Nov. 29. The slides show some of the changes being made (and what remains the same).

The nature of this emergency was like no other and required a level of federal, state, and county coordination that we’ve never seen before. I’m grateful for the collaboration. We’ve gotten this far together, and we’ll continue to do well with everybody doing their part.

We urge residents to remain vigilant as we continue to protect the health and safety of our Kamaʻāina, re-energize our economy, and strengthen our communities.

本日、私は新しい新型コロナウィルス緊急命令に11月29日に署名すると発表しました。いくつかの命令は変更されることになり、いくつかは現行のまま残ります。この緊急命令の性格は今までのものと違い、連邦政府、州、郡がそれぞれ連携するという、今までになかったものです。この協力に感謝します。私たちは共にここまでやってこられたことを、今後も同様に役割を果たしながらやっていくのです。住民の皆さんには、地元住民の健康と安全、経済の活性化、コミュニティーを強化のために、引き続き警戒をお願いします。
